"The room we had smelled bad and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned since the last resident, the bin was full and a used towel was hanging on the back of the door. I thought maybe I could use the fridge in the communal area but it was already full of goods 4 MONTHS EXPIRED!!"
