Amazing location for the cottage at Minot Beach. Quiet and peaceful and great views in different directions overlooking the beach or the marshes and even Boston skyline.Main room was great. Kitchen was a main congregating space. It accommodated our family of 5 well. Hosts communicated promptly when we had questions.Minor feedback: a few kitchen drawers were difficult to operate. In first floor bathroom, Shower curtain was stained and a few of the tiles had peeled. In the kitchen, there was no pot for soup or pasta (we only noticed this on the next to last day).

Cozy cottage with a very lovely view. It has everything you need for your stay. My husband and I stayed with 2 of our adult children for 8 days. It was absolutely perfect. The location is wonderful, and the city of Scituate is very quaint and larger than expected! I highly recommend and hopefully we'll be able to visit there again!

Tighter than we Thought

First of all, we want to thank you for letting us stay in your home. We had to book it the last minute for my mother’s funeral. Wish we were there on a better circumstances. The location was great and the backyard view is beautiful.The main room and the kitchen were fantastic.The only problem we ran into was that the bathroom were just too tight. It’s hard taking a shower. We would love to use this property this summer with another couple but the bathroom situation would be an issue.Also, the heater work but because of the drafts on all the windows, we never felt warm.Overall, we enjoyed the house and its gorgeous views. Thank you very much

Cute, comfortable, and clean

This charming cottage was a perfect middle base for our trips to Boston and Plymouth. The beach was a short walk and the back patio was great, making for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Nearby Scituate offered many wonderful dining options.

Beautiful and Beachy

Very pretty and very clean cottage in a beautiful setting. A few steps from a very picturesque beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and air conditioning worked well. The cottage is managed by i trip boston who were very responsive and had great communication. We'll stay again if planning to be in the area.

Beautiful home and a great location!

The house is better than pictured - the panoramic views are beautiful! Sitting outside or in the screened in porch watching the sunset over Cohasset Harbor and the Boston skyline were highlights of this trip. We also walked to Minot beach each day. The outdoor shower and ac are great additions to the house! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Lovely!

We stayed at this lovely rental over the Christmas Holidays. It was wonderful. There is a beach just steps away, and the house has a view of a beautiful marsh. We found the house very clean. It had everything you might want, and we appreciated having the washer/dryer. With AC units in each bedroom, people could control their own temperature, which was very nice. This house was a gem.
