Tripping hazard

Floors are unfinished and uneven in the kitchen, dining area and in front of the 3rd bedroom. 3rd bedroom has no AC and the shower does not work. Guests tripped multiple times and barely avoided falling on the uneven, unfinished floors. Missing floor tile near the stove. Could use some outlets or extension cords so bedside lamps can be plugged in and used. We were only there for a short time and the property manager was awesome but unfortunately I can't recommend this place in good faith without concerns. Would be the ideal place to stay if all these improvements were done.
