First bedroom: a master suite with its own bathroom and dressing room.

A sheltered south-facing terrace overlooking the pool with its shallow end nestled among palm trees and tropical plants, a table for 8, garden furniture, and sun loungers.
On the first floor: 2 magnificent bedrooms with a large terrace and views of Île du Levant, and a superb bathroom.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.

All set on a 1000 m² plot planted with olive trees over 400 years old, citrus trees, laurels, and Mediterranean plants. Private parking for 3 cars.

On-site parking. Cleaning and concierge fees will be charged separately at €200, as well as linen and towel rental at €30 per room.

The concierge will welcome you to hand over the keys and conduct the check-in inventory.

For early departures (before 8:00 AM), a €30 surcharge will be paid to the concierge.

Two weekly pool maintenance visits are included in the rental price.
