This pretty one-bedroom apartment, approximately twenty-five square meters in size, renovated, is on the first floor, with lift, close to shops and beaches; Two possible accesses: a Pine forest side and access to the beaches, with your car or on foot; the second, a path on the side of the residence which will take you in a few minutes on foot to the various shops. The apartment is equipped to accommodate four people, with its sofa bed (160) in the living room and its bedroom with its double bed (140). The kitchen is modern, functional and overlooks the living room. A beautiful loggia serves the living room and the bedroom. You will enjoy its South-West exposure, its sea view, on the hills.
The bathroom has been refurbished and equipped with a washing machine. The independent WC.
