Not a clean hotel

Snails in my room. hairs in my bed & shower. Never seen one staff member until morning at breakfast. Most of hotel is unoccupied and not staffed any longer. Hotel looks to have been nice maybe 20 years ago. This hotel is run down without updates and remodeling. This was a waste of money on what was advertised as nice. I will never stay here again.

Regular hotel a bit over rated I think, still there is not much choice in Logstor). Reception is not open all day so they left keys on the desk. Rooms and bath are spacious but poorly equipped. Breakfast was ok but expected something better for the price (still it's Denmark, everything is so expensive there!!).

Nice hotel by the sea

Nice hotell with Scandinavian design feature and beautiful garden. Not manned reception in the evening. Nice buffet restaurant at the hotel and about 1,5 km walk to the city center.

Aftensmad Den unge mand siger at Rødvin er godt til fisk. Han Rækker ind over min mand s tallerken og serverer for mig Forretten er røget laks og den er meget meget salt Det kan ikke gå hurtig nok med at få serveret maden efter hinanden vi må sige at vi gerne vil have en pause inden næste ret Ingen blomster eller lys på vores bord, ej heller salt og peber på bordet som på alle andre borde Vi kunne kun vælge mellem en to eller tre retters forud bestemt menu ingen andre valgmuligheder Maden var ikke varm men kun lun Kød skåret forkert ud og det var Ingen steakkniv Desserten var cheasecake, men det har aldrig været en cheasecake Serveringen Sætter vinen på bordet med prop uden at skænke Vi sidder nærmest i indgangen/udgangen af restauranten Generelt Meget Dårlig servering Der var Ingen varme på værelset da vi ankom Der var Skimmel på bruseslangen Ingen skumbad i beholderen i brusekabinen og ingen sæbe i håndsæbebeholderen Ingen strøm/stikkontakt ved sengen Ingen lys i sengelampen Morgenmaden havde kun et lille udvalg Ingen personale tilstede under morgenmaden Vi var to par, jeg havde booket til os alle. Sikke en træls oplevelse

Jeg havde set frem til et wellness ophold, men spaen og poolen var kold og saunaen blev aldrig rigtig varm. Det eneste der virkede var dampbadet. I løbet aftenen og natten blev jeg vækket af flere omgange, da hotel gæster stod på gangen og råbte. Det var ikke muligt at få hjælp i receptionen, da de lukkede tidligt på aftenen. Morgenmaden var god. Jeg bemærkede at personalet løb hurtigt i restauranten og gjorde hvad de kunne for at gæsterne var tilfredse. Et par medarbejdere mere havde været fornuftigt, så det sparsomme personale som var tilstede ikke skulle bære så stor en arbejdsbyrde. Alt i alt er jeg uforstående overfor hotellets markedsføring omkring det at være et wellness hotel og så ikke "levere varen". Jeg kommer nok ikke igen.
