The room was dirty, and the shower leaked. Some of the PowerPoints were also hanging out the wall. The staff did not respond to communication. The room was incredibly hot in summer with only a fan to cool. The location was okay, and able to walk into the city.

Basic but good

Basic accommodation but very handy for walking into the centre of Bordeaux Got a room change due to a faulty shutter and the second room was far superior to the first

Basic clean and quiet accommodation with secure parking. Rooms could use an update but they serve a purpose. Not far from the city centre which is walkable or reachable by tram or bus. Train station isn't far either. Two men on reception were very helpful as was the maid.

Area a little socilaly deprived . Apartrment itself fine as expected. Reception only being open at ceratin times can be frustrating if you wish to know 'things'. Several e-mails I sent where not responded to.

Comfortable stay!

The pre-arrival communication was very good. I arrived late but they sent me a very detailed step-by-step process to check-in without staff. It was very helpful and easy. The room and building is a bit dated but it was clean and I really appreciated all the amenities of the room, like a full kitchen, which was so handy. The location is alright, bit of a walk into the city but there are some restaurants and stores very close by.

Communication with host was horrendous, took days to get a response and I never got a response for check out either - i just followed some poorly written instructions and placed the key in a mailbox. Never met any receptionists for the whole stay - they weren’t there when the office was open. Quite far from city, 20 min walk or so to train station or city. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night

Solid accommodations but lacked communications concerning parking. I never received information concerning how to access the parking when I got there. It was a problem. When the front desk actually opened on Monday morning, we were able to get up and find out how to access the parking. But the night we got there we didn’t know how to do it. It was uncomfortable. The rest of the day was good. The television services were questionable at best.

A recommander

Check-in Ok. Deram-me todas as indicações que solicitei.
