Located 30 minutes from the great wines of Bordeaux (Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Pessac-Léognan, Graves, Sauternes) amidst the vineyards and woods of the Entre-deux-Mers region, the gîte is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. It opens onto a 4-hectare wooded area with preserved biodiversity: you will find peace and nature in this old farmhouse typical of the region. The complex is ideally located less than 500m from all the shops and amenities of the village of Créon and the Bordeaux – Sauveterre de Guyenne cycle path. Bright and fully renovated, the gîte combines the charm of the old (beams, half-timbering, stone walls, fireplace) with contemporary comfort over 100m². You'll find a large living room, two spacious and bright bedrooms, one of which has its own private courtyard, one equipped with two 0.90mx1.90m beds and the other with two 0.90mx2m beds (they can be joined together), and a large bathroom. A 500m² garden area is reserved for you to live outdoors close to nature (summer dining room under an arbor, barbecue, deckchairs). The cottage can accommodate 4 to 6 people (plus a baby). The accommodation is certified Tourism and Disability (motor, hearing, and mental), and both bedrooms are accessible. Member of the Vignobles et Découvertes network. A closed garage can accommodate bicycles and motorcycles. Heating and electricity included, as well as sheets and towels. End-of-stay cleaning is available. Tourist tax is an additional charge. Firewood can be purchased on site. Rental reserved exclusively for private individuals. This cottage is suitable for remote working (office area in the bedroom, internet connection).
