Above the building, there is the Musée d'Aquitaine, which gathers objects and documents related to the history of Bordeaux and Aquitaine, from prehistory to the contemporary period. It includes the Centre Jean Moulin de Bordeaux and the Musée Goupil, whose collection it preserves.
