On the first floor:
- A living room of 49 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, electric kettle, coffee maker...
- A master bedroom of 15 m², a queen-size bed (160×200), and a private shower room
- A separate toilet
- A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190), sheets and towels included
- A shower room with WC

For even more comfort : washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes line.

Outside :
- A North/East facing terrace adjacent to the kitchen window is immediately accessible from the laundry room.
- This terrace overlooks the garden of the domain.
- Garden furniture is available for the tenants to relax and enjoy outdoor meals.

This spacious, bright, calm and functional house is located in a very special and exceptional private green setting, not overlooked. One side of the property is adjacent to the vineyards of Château Bouscaut.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the house.
