Great location with a beautiful view!
We went for a late season ski weekend at Sugar Mountain. The condo is literally adjacent to the mountain peak lift. Best location you could ask for. Views from the balcony were amazing. Place was comfortable and clean. We will definitely consider renting this spot again if it's available when we return.

Loved this condo at Sugar Mtn. Great decor and layout for our family of 4. So close to slopes, but the ski in/ski out slope was way too advanced for our kids so we drove the 5 minutes to the base. Hot tub is wonderful and the views can’t be beat. Definitely recommend!

Place is nice - Spa needs work
We had problems with fireplace and WiFi when we got there. Staff was useless. We figured it out. The spa needs chemistry work. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. We only had 2 nights so it worked. Unit is very close to lift and snowmaking equipment which made noise all night. The listening doesn’t mention that.

Beautiful Condo
We had a great time! The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with the things we needed. Management was quick to reply when we had a question. This was our first family ski trip and everyone had a great time. We didn't take advantage of the slopside access because it seemed beyond the level of our kids, but it wasn't too hard to drive to the resort. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was immaculate and the furnishings were modern and well-balanced. The view was spectacular. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub as well. The only draw back was the fireplace was not functional and the remote batteries were dead. No one ever came to assist with the issues. We still enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful mountain getaway!
We really enjoyed a much needed getaway. Th condo was cozy and comfortable. The view was breathtaking. Everything was just as pictured and was even better. Very clean and tastefully decorated. A very enjoyable place, but...
The condo was beautiful, comfortable, enjoyable. The views--particularly the sunrises--were amazing. We very much enjoyed our time there--AFTER we cleaned. The "but" caveat: the floors were dirty (much sweeping required), there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and we had to wash the linens on the master bed (found a long black hair in the sheets--neither of us has long or black hair). Further, the hot tub had old mold stains in some of the cushions, the hot tub water was not clear nor were there instructions to test/maintain the proper pH, only one hot tub towel (for a place that sleeps at least 4?), no extra towels or linens. The two rollout beds might be useful to some (but again, see the lack of towels). While not required, it lacked some simple appointments that many other places have, like aluminum foil & plastic wrap. Coffee filters were provided--appreciated. We even had difficulties getting in; it was not indicated that the code supplied opened a key lockbox and not the keypad on the door. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our time there. But the initial experience soured us and left a pall over our time. Finally, having contacted the property management service (Vacasa), we were assured that the local manager was notified and that we would be contacted regarding the addressing of these issues. No one contacted us or followed up. That part was exceptionally disappointing.
