Okay

Water pressure in the bathroom is subpar. Water doesn’t get very hot. The beds are a little too stiff/firm, and the staff doesn’t speak any English, and they act annoyed when you try to communicate with them. After asking room service (via telephone), for an extra blanket for my bed, The staff took an hour to get a blanket to me, and wanted to argue about how they could not provide more than one blanket. After spending $150 for one night just to sleep somewhere, you would expect better service.

It was a good location. I didn’t like the unmanned desk, all virtual and inconvenient. Pool needed cleaning. Pool towels were hard to get. Decent breakfast. Good bed.

PLEASE, IN THE NAME OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, STOP USING TONS OF AIR FRESHENER OR FABRIZ OR WHATEVER IT IS IN THE LOBBY! EVERYBODY, NOT JUST ME, WAS GAGGING AS THEY WALK THROUGH THE LOBBY, IT SEEPED INTO THE HALLWAYS AND A LITTLE BIT INTO THE ROOMS. MANY OF US HAD A HEADACHE THE ENTIRE STAY. Also, your online attendant won't work if the internet goes down. You should make some provision for this because the internet was down several times. There's mold in the corners of the bathroom beside the tub. We have stayed here several times in the past few years, and the place has really gone downhill.
