Completely renovated in 2024 this condo features all new appliances, fixtures, and furniture stud to stud. The condo features a beautiful view of the intercoastal waters from the lanai which overlooks the pool and will be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee. Amenities include WiFi, AC, pool, shuffle board, outdoor grille, tennis courts, and a washer/dryer, guests can feel right at home. Bonita Springs is positioned between Naples and Fort Myers and features upscale restaurants, shops, and many attractions. Our condo is s short bike ride or walk to the beach, approximately 1 mile. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
