Live among the fronds in this scenic top-floor, corner 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Welcome to our beautiful 3rd floor Wild Pines Condo with airy 10" ceilings and elevator access in the gated community of Bonita Bay. Updated in 2019, you'll find a King bed in the primary bedroom & a Queen and XL Twin Bed in the guest bedroom with elite tufts and needle mattresses. Enjoy the high-speed internet and cable TV powering 55' TV in the living area and the 42" TV in both bedrooms.
Be part of nature as you view your surroundings through an 8' high sliding glass door system enabling 16' of panoramic open air to the lanai and beyond. The main living room has a sleeping sofa and the kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware. The pool, hot tub and pool house amenities areas are just steps outside your door. The exclusive gated Bonita Bay campus features 2400 acres of nature, including 12 miles of walking, biking paths (drop off and pick up bike rentals available), three parks, picnic areas, pickle ball, bocce courts, playgrounds, boardwalks, and fishing pier into Estero Bay and the Imperial River. Free shuttle services operate throughout the day to the beaches. The onsite Bonita Bay Marina provides fishing, sunset and wildlife viewing cruises as well as free docking space for visiting guests. The intimate Wild Pines community features its own private pool, hot tub, screened in pool house (including a refrigerator, microwave, tables for eating and/or socializing, and restrooms), outdoor gas cooking grills and tennis courts. Wild Pines is a beautiful and safe community. The condo was clean and very nicely furnished with everything we needed. The mattresses are especially comfortable. We spent our mornings drinking coffee out on the lovely lanai. We also appreciated the toaster oven! The owner is professional and responsive. We hope to come stay here again!

Wonderful Place To Stay!

Property manager is very quick with responding & he is very nice. Property is extremely clean, stocked with a lot of things to make you comfortable for your stay. Neighborhood is very quiet. Pool is right across the parking lot. The beach isn’t far at all either! Overall a very wonderful place. This was our second year staying here, and we can’t wait to come back again next year!

What we loved about this condo: safe location, top floor, nice lanai, shuttle to beach very easy, comfortable beds, excellent TV, excellent pool and tennis courts. What could’ve been better: more thorough cleaning, better window coverings - light from parking lot meant we had to sleep wearing eye masks. Owners were very responsive.

From tbt beginning of our stay to the end of our stay, we loved this place! It was very easy to locate and was located in a safe area! There are many surrounding shops and restaurants to visit. The beach was also not that far away, which was great! This was the perfect getaway for us! It was secluded and we hardly Rand into anyone. Which is basically what we wanted (because of COVID). We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Awesome Private Beach

Quite honestly, I was attracted to this property by the private beach access. The thought of not having to drag beach chairs and umbrellas across the hot sand was very appealing. LOVED IT!! The short drive to the beach was not an issue. The comfy chairs and bathroom access were so worth it!
