They upgraded our room for free which was nice. However the toilet in the room we got smelt of urine and the microwave wasn't working. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were very friendly. Overall we had a good time.

Their courtesy is noteworthy. They have accommodated our request in very timely manner. The rooms were clean and the location is adjacent to shopping and good restaurants. The Romulos restaurant in the hotel serve great food as well. I am recommending this hotel to my friends. Thank you Azumi Botique Hotel Staff, your service is 5-star class!"
