Petite prĂ©cision sĂ©mantique sur l'annonce car les termes ont un sens prĂ©cis : il ne s'agit pas d'un duplex mais d'un studio avec une mezzanine.La mezzanine est trĂšs sympa et le lit trĂšs confortable.La piĂšce de vie est trĂšs petite, mĂȘme Ă  trois personnes mais l'espace est optimisĂ© et l'appartement dispose d'un petit balcon bien orientĂ© qui permet de profiter du soleil dĂšs le matin.En revanche le chauffage est trĂšs insuffisant : les radiateurs sont peu puissants et 3 jours ont Ă©tĂ© nĂ©cessaires Ă  pleine chauffe pour enlever la doudoune en intĂ©rieur (le sol restant glacial)De plus le radiateur du sĂ©jour dysfonctionnait Ă  la fin et nous avons passĂ© la derniĂšre journĂ©e et nuit sans aucun chauffage.Le dĂ©bit de l'eau est Ă©galement assez faible.Donc globalement un confort assez spartiate pour un logement d'hiver L'emplacement du logement est parfait pour profiter de la forĂȘt du Risoux et de la nature.

Appart.idéalement situé pour le ski de fonds, les balades en raquettes et faire de la luge. Superbe vue du balcon. Parking au bas de la résidence super pratique. A 20 min de la Station des Rousses. L'appartement est situé au calme à 5 minutes à pied du centre du village. C'est un bel appartement, petit mais fort bien aménagé (récemment)avec de multiples équipements pour cuisiner et beaucoup de rangements.
