Lovely trip.

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation. Very clean and everything you need was at hand. We were visiting some ww1 sites and it was an ideal base for travelling around inthe Ypres area. Would definitely stay here again.

Fijn, ruim huis in een mooie omgeving. Prachtig om te fietsen! Badkamer en keuken van alle gemakken voorzien, zeker voor een vakantiewoning goed voor elkaar! Het bed in de slaapkamer was kort (ging net, als je hoog in bed ging liggen) en wij sliepen niet zo goed op het matras. Maar dat is misschien niet voor iedereen hetzelfde. We misten voldoende opbergplek voor kleding (hebben nu de trap gebruikt). De tuin was groot en ruim, maar niet privé. Wel volledig omheind, maar alles laag en met alleen gaas. Je keek zo naar de buren en zij naar ons. Geen overlast, hoor!! Maar wij zitten liever wat meer vrij. Het contact met de verhuurders verliep heel prettig: Noenie reageert heel snel en als er een probleem was, werd het gelijk opgelost.Het huis had maar 1 minpunt voor ons: de parkeerplaats, die in een bocht zo steil afliep en krap was, dat wij er niet fatsoenlijk in of uit konden. Draaien en steken is echt spannend (zweet in de handen), omdat je niet over de rand wil vallen van het betonnen plateau en de auto niet helemaal bekrast wil hebben door de struiken. Voor ons gevoel was dit wel op te lossen door wat van de voortuin af te halen voor een betere parkeerplek of oprit. Parkeren bij het huisje was voor ons nu geen doen. Wij hebben wel een sedan model auto, dus aan de lange kant, misschien gaat het voor anderen beter. Wij hebben het opgelost door onze auto aan het einde van de doodlopende straat te parkeren en een stukje te lopen. Dat mocht en daar stond hij goed en veilig.

Maison aussi belle qu’agréable, idéalement situee, parfaitement équipée, a la deco tres chic, nous sommes enchantés :) Un point de vigilance : la literie de la seconde chambre n’est pas adaptée a des adultes (matelas, oreillers…)

Le logement est plus spacieux que sur les photos, pas facile à trouver mais Noémie nous a bien aidés. Beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans la région. Noémie est très réactive et a répondu à tous nos besoins.

Urlaub zwischen Frankreich und Belgien

Die wunderschöne Gegend mit bezaubernden Kleinstädten die man sowohl in Belgien und Frankreich aufgrund der Lage besichtigen kann, als auch die naturnahen Strände der Opal Küste und die vielen geschichtsträchtigen Kriegsdenkmäler machen diese Region für uns zu einem Urlaubsziel das wir bestimmt noch öfter bereisen werden. Das großzügige Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoß ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig und nichts für kleine Kinder oder ältere Personen geeignet. Für uns aber war alles zufriedenstellend. Achtung: Die Anschrift Rue de la Gare ist zweimal in Boeschepe vorhanden. Am besten sucht man in Google Maps unter Steen Home in Boeschepe.
