Our stay would have been much better had my reservations been fulfilled. I had a group of 5 friends with two rooms. One room had a King size bed and the other was supposed to have two Queens. Unfortunately, the room with two queens was changed to one King bed for three large people. Needless, to say, we where not happy and got very little sleep. The continental breakfast was the only highlight of the stay.

When I checked in they asked if I had a pet of course I did I showed the add showing two queen beds pet friendly. They said only room available was one king bed for pet friendly which was not good for my family but okay. They could not make the change due to third party reservation, so we where without a room when I tried to call Travelocity customer service there was no answer so we had to endure a long drive home and cut our trip short. Customer service was not good at both the hotel and Travelocity

We go here about 3-4 times during the summer for holidays at the Colorado river. Only once have I had an issue and it was with another guest knocking in my door. Other than that the staff is good and so is the stay.
