Extremely helpful staff. Management practices seem unfriendly to guests, especially since they offer so little for so much. They’re the only game in town and they know it! 😟 we had a pet room near Exit door…banged loudly all night long. Nothing to be done for it as we booked last minute. Staff was great!

The staff knew ahead of time that the hot water system was not working properly but they chose not to tell us about the problem. An ice cold shower is not my choice for a vacation. When I asked for credit for another night I was flatly refused. The price for 2 was quite high for 2 people.

I had the worst stay! An alarm was going off in a neighboring room at 1am. They never turned it off. The front desk man said “I could try to wake them, but what if they wouldn’t turn it off”. He did not even try. My two daughters left and slept in our car. No apology or refund. The next hotel is in another town. Never stay here!

The check-in staff were pleasant. The room seemed clean, all the pretty used and mourn. The sound carried from the Next room in a echoing manner that was unbelievably discomforting. The Wi-Fi did not work.
