Will not stay there again

The coffee machine and microwave were so dirty that we didn’t want to use. They only provided two small packets of hand soap and shampoo that were not enough for two people. They didn’t provide tissue paper and there is no laundry equipment as they claimed on the web site.

This was a one night stay on a road trip. For the price and convenience of right off the highway it was OK and I would stay there again. However, if I was traveling with my wife or more than one night would look elsewhere.

The room had roaches in it so i know for a fact they did not keep it cleaned. Ontop of that im supposed to have a full refund and now they do not want to answer their phone to give me my money back. So unproffessional, the bathroom was even worse and the floor board sounded like it could break through any minute

It's OK

Good-Bed comfy. Shower hot. Bad-I can't tear shampoo packets when hands are wet and I have arthritis. Ugly- paper peeling off the walls. Broken bathroom fixtures. If I was by myself I wouldn't care but with my wife a little disappointing.

Comfy and cozy

Front desk was super helpful. Our room was very clean. Cable television had great channels for the short time we were in our room. The location was great for our first Bourbon Trail trip.

Older hotel but very well maintained and clean!

Very surprised that the owner has done a good job keeping his family's hotel in good repair. They just installed new key cards on front doors. We had a very nice stay.

Older motel but well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large king size bed was comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator. Great water pressure in the shower. Would definitely stay here again.

The manager was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is older but our room was in excellent shape and is a fairly good value for the cost.

great place

Owner was extremely friendly and kind. Beds were comfortable and sheets clean. Bathroom a little small but shower was hot and had good pressure. Everything was clean. Fresh towels delivered. Had a problem with the toilet and it was fixed in minutes.

The only complaint was that the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. The bath tub had hairs in it. Other than that is was good.

The bed seem to be a California king but it was so hard I looked underneath of it and there was a 3/4 piece of plywood very hard to sleep on. magazines in the room were outdated like 2009, bar of soap that was used left in the shower and the whole thing smelled like mold

Needs updating but a comfortable stay

The owner was the nicest guy! You can tell they take pride in the property and are very accommodating. The rooms are a bit outdated, bathroom is a little small and the bed isn’t the most comfortable but it’s a place to lay your head after a long day and the rooms are a great size. The worst part for us was that the light outside the window was super bright and it was hard to sleep with it shining around the curtains. It is nicely located between distilleries and bardstown if that is the purpose of your trip
