The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained, with staff visibly dedicated to cleanliness throughout the property. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always friendly, which adds to the sense that the hotel is run with care and professionalism. One of the biggest pluses for us is that it’s pet-friendly. They have clear and sensible rules, making it easy and comfortable to bring our dog along every time. Pricing is fair and competitive, especially considering the quality of the experience. And lastly, their main dining room, with its stunning views of the lake and the town, is—hands down—our favorite dining spot in all of Lake Placid. – Danny"

"This was such a lovely stay at the resort! From the warm welcome at check in to the close proximity to the shops and restaurants downtown, this was the perfect stop for my family to breathe in the lakes and mountains. We are en route to Canada, but truly wish we had more time to explore the resort and surrounding area. Great hiking, too!
