From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every interaction is marked by genuine warmth, professionalism, and a dedicated eagerness to ensure your stay is comfortable and welcoming. Their consistent, excellent service is the single biggest reason we keep coming back. ​We have experienced a few minor cleanliness issues over our various stays—nothing major or disruptive to our trip, but enough to notice. However, these small oversights are consistently overshadowed by the outstanding efforts of the team. ​Overall: If you value exceptional customer service and a staff that treats you like family, this is the place to stay. We highly recommend it and will certainly return!

Hairs in bedding. A band aid was holding together a piece of the sliding door. There was also a repair patch in the tub. We have stayed at numerous Hampton Inns and it was the worst breakfast we have even experienced. Coffee carafes were dirty. Oatmeal was in crockpot was petrified, crunchy and undercooked. Bagels were hard and stale. Cold cereals weren’t replenished. In terms of hot foods- eggs were a liquid emulsion and home fries were overly seasoned. It’s not that hard to provide basics at a breakfast !

This room was beyond disgusting. There was mold, weird dried stains on the bed sheets, gross food and garbage under the bed, trash left behind, cracked doors and the main hotel room door lock was broken. There was also a note in the room addressed to a Stephanie and not my name, leaving me to wonder if that was someone's old room that was barely tidied up after their stay. The entire establishment is very rundown and could use some renovations. I do not think it is right to charge over $140 a night for rooms that looked and smelt the way the one I stayed in did. The only reason this does not get an overall terrible rating is because the 2 individuals I encountered at the front desk were very nice.
