The parking I didn’t think was all that secure. I didn’t appreciate having a tv that was NOT working. Couldn’t get a discount on our room or a replacement tv in a timely matter.

Room were minimumly acceptable, pool was dirty and front desk wouldn’t turn pool circulation on. Breakfast was the same every day with some of the putting cold items in warming trays. Staff to busy on their phones to take care of breakfasts.

I had called a week ahead requesting the 2nd floor and 2 extra pillows. The individual who checked us in acted like they didn't get the request and i was told that there are no extra pillows. The sink was clogged, had to ask how the TV worked. The bed base is made of metal and would groan with every movement. The mattress sagged and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Customer service needs ALOT of training in courtesy and accommodating customer needs, we felt completely ignored. Now, housekeeping went above and beyond they were very accommodating and respectful, hope they're getting paid well.

Nice, old school, woodsy hotel just N of the citie

Staff was nice. Not much for smoking area. Lawn needed care. Decent pool and hot tub. Inside could use updating and renovations.

Place is run down. Room smelled. AC didn't worked, just blew air, not cold. Winslow missing mosquitoe screen. Toilet loose, rocking. Carpet old and wrinkle. Place could use major update.

Very good place to stay as it is on a service road beside the main road so it safe to enter and exit the property. Very comfortable room with refrigerator and microwave. Pool and hot tub available. Decent breakfast on offer. Quiet and well located. Good value for the rate.

Pool had dirt and glass in it. Hot tub was like warm and the bubbles didn’t work. Sauna out of order and had gross things in it. Staff was sleeping at front desk. Toilet plugged up. Weeds and grass way over grown. Broken wires hanging down from sign. And much much more!!

This is an affordable option. Adequate facilities with, that are somewhat aged but reflected in the low prices. The front desk lady, i believe her name was Jamie, was a great help.
