Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very nice. We were not made aware when we made the reservation that the lounge and restaurant were closed and undergoing renovation; we would have liked to have known that. We had been traveling all day and wanted to have a nice meal and a couple of drinks. The room service was too limited, and the food was mediocre at best and delivered literally in a plastic bag. This did not match up with the ratings received or the beautiful surroundings of the property on campus. We were disappointed. The rooms were nice but dated. The photos on Expedia did not match what we actually saw.
