The night we checked in we were greeted warmly and we felt welcomed. Despite the beds having low sides where it was obvious more people slept, the first night was great. Friday night was a different story. It sounded like the people above us were bowling it was so loud. The room, itself, was very nice but I’m sure the hotel was built cheaply. My white noise couldn’t even mask it. Think I finally got to sleep around midnight.

Front desk could not have been less friendly, bordering on rude which is unfortunate given that she was our first contact with the hotel. Having stayed at two other Blacksburg hotels, I would pick to stay at one of them again as opposed to this one based on that encounter alone. Other than that the room was great and spacious and the location worked well for us!
