The hallway smelled terrible. But the main problem is that we woke up the next morning and had no hot water! We got the room because we had a big event to attend the next day nearby. We woke up at 6:30 to no hot water. We called the front desk and they said the maintenance guy was on his way- long story short at 8:00am there was still no hot water. None. It was COLD. We asked for the manager and he/she never showed up. We asked for the manager to call us- it never happened. We finally just had to get ready and leave with out proper showers. The person at the front desk then said she would have the manager call us. Days later still no phone call. I finally called and got a bit of an attitude reminding them providing a shower was like one of the MAIN responsibilities of a hotel. They said they would reimburse me 20%. I said ok. Well I gave it a few days and checked my bank statement and guess what. The room was authorized at the full amount and still no reimbursement. Do NOT go to this hotel. There is no guarantee you will have hot water and they just lie to their customers to make them go away!

Property is well maintained, great location, super clean rooms and decent continental breakfast. Before I booked this property I read reviews of bed bugs and roaches. NONE. Some complained about free breakfast - it was adequate, although carb heavy. The room was small but I'm use to small hotel rooms when travelling in Europe. For the rate I paid I'll be booking a room in May for my nephew's wedding. Some people want Ritz accommodations while paying budget. Jeez.

Several things in the room were broken and were inexcusably ignored (door lock, curtain rod, coffee maker). The top cover and sheets were visibly stained. The air conditioner strained to cool the room and performed poorly. The room was labeled as being handicap accessible but was too small to get a wheelchair through or to either side of the bed. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

Average hotel

I thought this hotel was acceptable but not impressive. AC was not working correctly when we arrived, but we reported it and it was promptly fixed. Breakfast was very average.

Good for price.

The hotel was nice for the price. The room was kinda small and straight to the point. Wasn't much room for anything extra besides sleeping and sitting to watch tv. It had a nice little window seat you could sit on but th e cushion had stains on it. My blanket had dried blood stains on it and you could tell it had been washed but didn't come out but I asked housekeeping for a new one and she gave me one. The walls are thin and my neighbors were really loud and kept slamming their door. Overall it was a decent hotel, the staff waa really nice and I would consider staying here again.
