Well located and even though in motorway services. I stayed for four nights and the room was not cleaned once, even had to ask for more toilet paper. But, the room was comfortable and quiet. It was not clear at booking that the parking was £20, but not too bad for four days.

Nice clean room. Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking.

Only a poorly working fan, no AC in the massive heatwave. Very overpriced over the UKGE for weekend. Had to pay for parking as well for the weekend when it was advertised as free it seemed. Shower had some fixes to it but turned upside anti clockwise with parts showing.
