We propose to you to the rent, in the heart of the seaside resort of Binic, this charming apartment with port view, at less than one of 100 meters of the beach, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a loggia. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 21 m² with TV, sofa bed (double, 140×190) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A 2 m² loggia with furniture to enjoy fine weather and the view of the port

The apartment is ideally located in Binic, in a very pleasant environment with view on the port. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... of a playground for the children...

Come and enjoy the town of Binic, a human-sized destination that will invite you to enjoy a relaxing stay, without crowds, at the rhythm of its desires and its tides (5th largest bay in the world for the importance of its tides and among the most beautiful bays in Europe).
- Tourist sites: The port, from the great fishing - from Newfoundland to Iceland - to pleasure boating, the Penthièvre pier, the Godelins seaside resort, the 12-hectare natural area of the Benains, the Pourrhis viaduct....

Appartement donnant sur la jetée de Binic avec une vue magnifique. Un acces immédiat à la plage et près du centre ville. Idéal si vous venez avec votre animal. L appartement est tres bien aménagé, une intention particulière pour ces fêtes de Noël avec une decoration adequat. Merci pour l attention. C était parfait.

Bon séjour

Bel appartement et séjour agréable, seul bémol une odeur désagréable de cuisson dans la cage d’escalier en permanence, dû au restaurant situé au ré-de-chaussée de la résidence. Celui-ci laisse les portes de son arrière cuisine ouvertes et celles-ci donnent, chose un peut curieuse dans la cage d’escalier au ré - de- chaussé. Dommage, sinon pour le reste rien à dire propreté de l’appartement impeccable , bien équipé ne manque rien et belle vue sur le port de Binic.

Top Appartment, super Lage, netter Vermieter...

Super Appartement, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Selbst ein Föhn und eine Waschmaschine, die wir für eine Woche Urlaub nicht gebraucht haben, sind da. Wifi gibt es auch, obwohl in der Annonce kein Wifi stand. Darüber waren insbesondere die Kinder besonders glücklich. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation klappte auf Englisch sehr gut. Die Lage ist toll, am Ende einer Straße, dadurch kein Durchfahrtsverkehr. Gelegen genau zwischen Hafen und Strand. Super Ausblick. Im Haus ist ein Fischrestaurant, von dem man aber nicht viel merkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße aus Düsseldorf.
