Smell of marijuana filled the second floor with arguing from a room and nasty carpets/missing pieces. Room mirror in bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned, no buttons on phone, rusted out light fixtures. Got the run around for a refund which I still haven’t heard back from management. Did not stay with my 8 yr old daughter and left and found a different hotel

The property the hall ways and my room was disgusting .. the shower had hair and a smell the bed only had a sheet over the mattress no protector a thin sheet .. the halls are disgusting .. dark and dingy .. the lobby is the only place decent . I did not stay .. I want a refund.

The room didnt have a tub, or phone .. i found out the tubs are only in queen rooms. They did bring the phone.. was there for multiple nights had call down for towels was told by staff they would see what they could do. Ended up going down stairs to pick them up.

Hotel is in a convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was super nice and accommodate me on crutches. The negative side is hotel seemed outdated, one lamp didn’t have a lamp shade, had odor in the hallways. I stayed one night and didn’t sleep due to a lot of noise upstairs and very close to major highway with heavy traffic. I personally would not stay again.
