You over booked they did not have a room for us we had to leave town to find a place to stay. Very bad business no way to get repeat customers. I was expecting some resolution from you after 23 minute on terminal hold I gave up and went home.THANKS FOR A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Dirty Room

The hotel in general was a very pleasant stay. Marks and stains on the sheets were not expected nor wanted. We used towels on the sheets to cover those. I’m not sure who’s mix up it was about the shrimp boil being scheduled on the wrong night. Breakfast was confusing as to whether it was a buffet or a sit down and order breakfast. The bar service was excellent catering to a large group of old (thirsty) sailors. Our group will be back in the next couple of years to celebrate again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Thank you for staying with us at the Hilton Garden Inn Pascagoula. I apologize that you had a problem with the sheets in your room. We take this this issue very seriously, and it will be addressed with our management team immediately. Breakfast can be a bit confusing at times with the an open floor plan such as we have. Also, breakfast at a Hilton Garden Inn is a sit-down experience, combined with a buffet. Many guests appreciate the all you can eat aspects combined with a cook to order portion. With regards to the timing of your event, this was a misunderstanding by both parties. Nice hotel

Hotel wasa very nice.. It's a 25 mile drive to beach, and most restraunts close at 8pm.. Hotel looked exactly like the pictures

Were you able to try our restaurant as we are open until 10PM. We offer a little of everything. Our Martini Bar open 6/4 and will run on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
