"DONT book here in early June!!! Nothing on the mountain is open. Few things were open down in Big Sky village. We booked 2 nights and checked out after the first night since there was literally nothing open, and they refused to refund us for the unused second night. Never again. Awful service."

They only cleaned the room every other day, we needed it done daily. No room service No transportation service When I booked, I booked a Mountain View Room, I did not get that."
