After arrival the house alarm went off for a good 5 minute blazing sound throughout the whole mountain which the check in desk didn’t even tell us about. Tried to call front desk about 20 times without getting through to them…kept getting me connected to another property. Someone finally came and turned it off while everyone was outside in the freezing snow waiting. I rented this property thinking I was going to be able to use the jacuzzi but when we got there it was dirty and covered with all the debris since cover was off. Very disappointing for our whole family
