1930's Cozy Rustic Cabin in the Mountain Discover this Super in Big Bear, this enchanting Cabin. Take away your stress and enjoy this King of Kings with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, smart Tv w/streaming apps and Hi-Speed Wi-Fi. The large backyard is fully fenced, great for pets and children with a hot jacuzzi, tables and a firepit sitting area. A short drive to the lake, ski resorts, villages and restaurants. Area provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear offers skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing. In summer enjoy water sports, mountain biking, Hiking. We can say that our cabin is historic, as it was one of the first houses built in Big Bear almost 100 years ago. We invite you to visit us and be a part of history. XTRA GUESTS brought that were not listed when originally Reservation the Cabin will be charged $85 per each person day stayed our overnight.

OCUPANCY POLICY:
The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 GUESTS for the entire duration of your stay per Big Bear Lake City Rule. This limit must not be exceeded at any time. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of eviction.

Unregistered Guests:
Extra guests or "day visitors" are not permitted, even for brief visits, during your stay. Please ensure that all individuals staying at the property are registered. Gatherings are strictly prohibited on the property if they exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Extra pets that were not registered when the cabin reservation was made will be charged $85 per EACH pet. We accept only ONE dog weighing no more than 30 pounds; exceeding this limit will be considered a violation of house rules. Any damage caused by a pet after the visit will be charged into your account for repairs.

This adorable, cozy cabin was everything we were asking for in a weekend getaway, plus more! Everything was so clean and comfortable. The dogs enjoyed the spacious backyard, and we enjoyed bbqing with the grill. Rosie was very responsive and quick with our questions. We will definitely book this cabin again!

The property was exactly as advertised. Grill and hot tub were exactly what we wanted for a quiet weekend retreat. It would have been nice to have a few more kitchen necessities as we planned to cook at the cabin for most meals, but overall it was great!

Great Cozy Cabin with amenities and easy access.Property was clean and tidy. Everything was as advertised. My only issue was with Vrbo. I am not an app user, and I was unable to make contact with host by email without being redirected through the app. Host was kind enough to reach out on arrival to accommodate off app. Great place to make memories! Our family will revisit!

Nice cabin with a nice backyard. Everything was operable and worked well - bbq, firepit, appliances, etc.My only gripe would be that the pictures are a little deceiving. The place looks big in the photos but it felt pretty crammed between the 3 of us. That is my fault for not checking the square footage though.Overall, it was great!
