LIVING SPACE - Comfy 900+ sq ft home with living room, TV, wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. First bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, office nook, ceiling fan, and sliding door access to the backyard. Second bedroom includes 2 XL twin beds, ceiling fan, and TV with a Blu-ray player. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with double oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - The basement-level gaming space, accessible via a separate entrance, is a true entertainment haven! Enjoy darts, Skee-Ball, pinball, air hockey, a retro gaming setup, plus Nintendo Switch and Wii consoles for endless fun. A karaoke machine is ready to bring laughter and unforgettable memories to your stay. This space also features a video library and Blu-ray player for movie nights, with wall-mounted heaters ensuring your comfort. Throughout the property, Smart TVs provide access to Hulu, Disney+, MAX, Peacock, and Apple TV+, all powered by fast WiFi. Board games and card games are also available for classic family fun. Unwind near the cozy wood-burning stove fireplace during fall and winter or stay cool under large ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room during the warmer months. Laundry area with a side-by-side washer and dryer. Please note: While the main house is single-story and does not require stairs, the basement-level game room is accessed separately and requires the use of stairs.

These items rotate and the exact items in the picture are not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Our brand-new indoor play space is ready for fun! Designed with little adventurers in mind, it features a cozy recliner for grown-ups, cuddly stuffed animals, a mini ball pit, toys galore, and a small TV for kid-friendly entertainment. It's the perfect spot for playtime, giggles, and a little downtime for parents, too! Please note: This space is detached from the main house, and children should never be left unsupervised.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
