SETTING & ATMOSPHERE
This superb flat has just been renovated, ideal for a family, with 3 bedrooms and air conditioning, it allows you to experience Biarritz right in the heart of the city, with an uninterrupted view of the Grande Plage. Savour every moment in this walk-through flat, located on the 5th floor of a residence with lift, which boasts exceptional views of the seafront.

The natural colours and materials used create a relaxing atmosphere in the living areas. The living room is ideal for a family of 6 as it has a large table for sharing moments with a very pretty view of the sea.

THE APARTMENT
As you walk through the front door of this flat, you will find on your left the fully equipped kitchen opening onto a small balcony. This is followed by the lounge with its dining area and TV area, where the whole family can gather. Then there's the sleeping area, with a master bedroom facing the sea, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room that opens onto the rear of the building, facing the town hall garden.


THE ROOMS
Each of OCEANIC's 3 bedrooms has its own identity, and the spaces have been designed to make your stay comfortable. The first bedroom has a Queen-size double bed and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower separated by a glass roof. It also has a toilet and washing machine.
The second bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a pretty children's room with a bunk bed.


PRACTICALITIES
Once you've parked your car, you can enjoy Biarritz on foot! What luxury in summer and winter!You're also just a stone's throw from Les Halles, where you can stock up on local produce or enjoy an aperitif with friends in front of the Market.If you want to make the most of your accommodation and enjoy the peace and quiet, the living room with its sea view and large windows is the perfect place to spend some quality time with the family, soak up the sun or enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea.

WHAT WE LOVE
We LOVE the location of this flat! You're just a few minutes from the Côte des Basques, one of Biarritz's most beautiful viewpoints, but also very close to the beach for your surfing sessions and a 5-minute walk from the Halles district.


THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
OCEANIC is located in Biarritz, the pearl of the Basque coast. From the Grande Plage to the Casino, via the lighthouse and the Rocher de la Vierge, you'll be amazed by the beauty of the seafront. Just a 3-minute walk away, the promenoir offers an unforgettable stroll, while the town centre is full of shops where you can discover local specialities.
This flat lets you experience Biarritz on foot, and is ideally located opposite the Trambus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm and departures from 8am to 10am. For all arrivals or departures before 8am and after 7pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - €50
From 10pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6am - €120
From 6:00 to 8:00 - €80
