Situated at an altitude of 750 meters, our villa offers an exceptional setting for a restful and invigorating getaway in the heart of nature. The house is a cozy nest filled with laughter and love, and we hope you will feel the same warmth and happiness during your stay.
Inside, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals and a relaxation room with an indoor SPA, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities. The spacious living room is perfect for gathering with family or friends, while the semi-open mezzanine with a desk and library provides a quiet space to work or read.
The house features a master suite with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, as well as three other spacious bedrooms, each at least 15 m², offering comfort and tranquility. An additional large bathroom and two separate toilets are available for added convenience. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer is also at your disposal.
For the little ones, we provide a high chair with a tray, a changing table, and a secure baby playpen.
For your leisure, enjoy the 7.1 home cinema system and automated cinema screen in the living room for unforgettable movie nights.
Comfort is ensured with central underfloor heating and radiators in the bedrooms, as well as a wood stove for cozy evenings by the fire. The house is also automated, making its management simple and intuitive.
Outside, you can enjoy a landscaped and flowered 1000 m² garden with apple trees, a plum tree, and a mirabelle plum tree (we attempted a peach tree, but it is struggling to acclimate!). The 60 m² terrace is equipped with a pergola that is being covered with vines and wisteria, as well as automatic lighting for your evenings. A 40 m² garage, closed and secure, is available for winter nights.

La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour ne pas se marcher sur les pieds.Le garage est suffisamment grand pour y mettre 2 voitures.Hormis la chambre parentale, il aurait été judicieux de mettre dans les 3 autres chambres des lits simples que l'on accouple ensemble ou pas en fonction des besoins, plutôt que des lits doubles.L'éclairage automatique des escaliers est pratique, sauf la nuit quand on doit aller aux toilettes, ça pique les yeux.La proximité de Pontarlier et sa zone commerciale est un plus.L'accès est directe en une dizaine de minutes.Sinon, magnifique demeure.
