Residence with pool (from mid-May to the end of September, from 10h to 21h), ideally located near the center-port of Cap d'Agde and its lively shopping docks, near the largest sandy beaches in the area (beach Richelieu), and especially, quiet at the foot of Mount St. Martin to spend a good holiday with your partner or family.
The apartment is not on the side of the pool (so quiet, no shouting ...) and no other noisy structures around.
What to satisfy children and teenagers, who will love swimming at the pool or the beach and the proximity of the many water and land activities offered in Cap d'Agde!
Adults too, for the same leisure, with more pleasant walks in perspective along the docks or beaches, on Mount St. Martin or on the esplanade of the brand new convention center / casino. All without having to travel by car ...

Tout commence par l'accueil de la propriétaire. Elle nous explique tout. Elle prends le temps de nous guider. De nous expliquer.
La résidence est calme. Propre. Grande. Et a proximité des plages, des commerces.
L appartement est super. Petit, cosy, douillet.

Super séjour
Propriétaires très sympas, appartement très propre. Séjour de 6 nuits à 4 personnes: l’appartement est un peu petit pour un long séjour à la mer à 4. Entre serviettes, jeux des enfants et jeux de plage, on ne sait plus où mettre ses affaires. Il manque quelques rangements pour ameliorer le confort de vie mais sinon tout s’est très bien passé. La literie est agréable, y compris le convertible. Tous nos déplacements ( mer, luna park, port, marché...) se sont faits à pied. L’appartement n’etant pas orienté sur la piscine, celui-ci est assez calme. Je recommande vivement.
