Chestnut Meadow is situated just two miles from the beach at Bexhill-on-Sea and within easy reach of the historic sites of 1066 Country, so called after the 11th-century Battle of Hastings and the introduction of Norman rule into the land.
Battle Abbey, Herstmonceux Castle and Bodiam Castle are nearby to explore the area’s history, all reachable via local cycle routes.
A family-friendly park, Chestnut Meadow has a playground and plenty of room to play. There’s also Wi-Fi and a small shop.
A range of eco-friendly initiatives have been introduced on site, including recycling points, wildlife areas and the use of recycled materials where possible.
