Our stay in Room #164 was extremely disappointing. The shower was already broken upon arrival, causing water to spread throughout the entire bathroom. The floor became dangerously slippery, forcing us to use the provided towels to soak up the water just to avoid an accident. To make matters worse, we also noticed small cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. These conditions reflect a serious lack of maintenance and cleanliness and do not meet even the most basic standards expected by guests. This experience has significantly impacted our overall impression of the property.
