Located on the Sunday River Road, just 2.5 miles from Sunday River Resort. Featuring an inviting post and beam style architecture and an open floor plan, this bi-level two bedroom unit is 940 square feet and has a spacious upper loft suite on the second level. Each unit offers a deck and a private entrance with mudroom for gear storage. Located close to many local restaurants and shops, Riverbend is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.

Second floor bedroom is a loft and not fully enclosed.

Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, including emotional support animals. No exceptions will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

The Mountain Explorer Shuttle service has been discontinued.

To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Cozy cabin

This is the second time we stayed at Riverbend 52. Check in was easy and the location was superb. Everything was convienient. We were delighted to find that a full sized bunk was added to the second floor. However, the fridge was a bit worn down this time - the drawers and shelves of the fridge were broken. One of the light bulbs above the dining table was out. We found extra light bulbs in the cabinet and changed it ourselves.
