Staff was honestly amazing, kitchen staff was also amazing and so friendly. Bat had some great food and drinks and we were honestly surprised as most places that offer food really lacks in quality. Room was clean bathroom wasn’t as clean as the room there were toothpaste residue on faucet and mirror was still dirty. No face towels and really the bed was the main thing we didn’t like. It was like sleeping on a brick as hard as it was lol but location was great too!

Clean and spacious rooms, though the lighting could be improved — our room felt a bit too dark, not sure if that is intentional or that it is the style of the building. The facility is great and has a welcoming atmosphere. Food at the bar was delicious. It’s within walking distance of most places, about 15 minutes from the central hub, but we didn’t find that inconvenient.

Booked 2 twin rooms and requested 2 single beds in both, one twin and one double, the hotel said they could not move us and offered no solution. Air conditioning did not work after letting the hotel know nothing was done about it.

The only thing I would say they need to change is soundproofing the rooms a little bit because they have great fire doors but they slam all morning long starting at like 5:00 in the morning so bring some earplugs or some headphones so that you don't wake up due to all that noise

Stick the wallpaper back on the wall & remove the blue tack. If you’re going to use as a hotel and student digs, give the room a quick lick of paint. Nice vibe in the foyer, most of the friendly. Rooms are quiet, bed was comfy.

The social hub was incredibly relaxed and the atmosphere with everyone made it feel like a summer camp of sorts. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, and everything you could hope for in a hotel while on a break away.

Such a lovely room and hotel. So many amenities downstairs in the lobby like gym, games, laundry area. The staff were so nice as well and it's such a bonus that we can leave our bags there for free. Bed and pillow were very cozy. Recommend.
