Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people (three bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobes, and a comfortable convertible sofa in the living room).

Freshly renovated, the apartment is well equipped: kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, fridge freezer; bathroom with shower and double sink; living room with television and convertible sofa.

Free WiFi and Alexa (echo Amazon) to keep you entertained.
Books and board games are also available.

Keys are stored in a secure code box on site. Access to the apartment is via a common corridor and staircase.

Located in the heart of Berck Plage, everything is done on foot! The beach, the shops, the funnel square where many seasonal events take place, the famous seals of Authie Bay!
The apartment is located above a delicious bakery which will allow you to get your fresh bread for breakfast every morning! Right next to it is a very practical mini-market!
Being on the 2nd floor, with double glazed windows, the noise from the street is almost imperceptible.

You can access the apartment by car or train then taxi. A car park is located 100 meters away, rue demiral courbet. Parking is free. In season, it is not always easy to find a place to park but the station is empty in the evening, which will allow you to move your car if necessary.

Sheets and towels are not provided. The bedding is standard in 140X190, the pillows 60X60 and the duvets in 220X240.

We ask our travelers to make the accommodation as clean as they arrive. The cleaning fee is actually a service charge for checking the apartment between each rental. We do not offer an additional cleaning package.
