Superbe appartement dans une copropriété calme et rue calme, à 5 minutes de la plage. Les propriétaires sont super chaleureux et très à l'écoute. Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir lors de notre séjour à Berck Sur Mer. A refaire sans hésiter !!

Klein, aber fein... Erholung garantiert

Der Vermieter hat sich sehr viele Gedanken und Mühen gemacht, um dieses Appartement mit allen Dingen auszustatten, die man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Vermieter hat mit uns sehr freundlich und zuverlässig kommuniziert und umgehend auf Rückfragen reagiert. Check-in und Check-Out waren problemlos. Das App. war sehr sauber, alles war neuwertig und die Vermieter waren an weiteren Optimierungsvorschlägen sehr interessiert. Die Wohnfläche war mit geschätzt 40 qm recht überschaubar, aber für 4 Personen ausreichend. Die Lage war im OG, also auch nur für Leute geeignet, welche entsprechend Treppen steigen können. Das WC ist getrennt vom Bad und innenliegend. Wir haben uns sehr schnell eingelebt und wohl gefühlt. Im Kinderzimmer gab es zwar kein Fenster, was aber die Kids nicht störte. Der Platz ist begrenzt, wenn man viel Wäsche trocknen muss. Positiv war, dass die Fenster Mückenschutzgitter hatten, so dass wir von den Mücken fast verschont blieben. Die Küchenausstattung war für uns mehr als ausreichend. Das App. liegt nur ca. 400m vom Strand entfernt. Die Einkaufsstraße lag quasi um die Ecke. Die Lage ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Einen Parkplatz gibt es im Grundstück zwar nicht, jedoch fanden wir im nahen Umfeld immer einen freien Platz. Wir können das App. und die Vermieter vorbehaltlos empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir dort den nächsten Urlaub machen.
