The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. Mark and Wilma’s guest suite is lovely. It was private, super clean, in a lovely neighborhood and a very quick drive to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. I highly recommend their guest suite.

Check in was very easy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Very clean and in a very secluded area. Lots of interactions with the host. Left us coupons to use at local Steakhouse. Quick but great!

Very friendly hosts that had everything ready! Was a quick visit to see family. I was revealing alone with my young daughter and we felt very safe. We appreciated how easy it was to check in and out. They had everything we could think of in the room and bathroom. We will be visiting them again!

Fayetteville Trip

Stayed here for Family weekend at Arkansas University. Excellent place to stay, quiet, clean and right off the highway. Mark went above and beyond with communication, snacks and local suggestions. All much appreciated!! Hope to stay here again in the future and highly recommend.
