One bedroom is furnished with a luxurious box-spring bed, and the second with a comfortable double bed.
In the living area, you’ll find two comfortable sleeper sofas—ideal for additional guests.
The spacious, open-concept living and dining area with a smart TV is perfect for spending time together.

🍽 Kitchen & Dining
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a selection of spices.
The large dining table seats up to eight people—perfect for shared meals.

Two modern bathrooms with showers, a hair dryer, fresh towels, shower gel, and shampoo ensure your comfort.
There is also a guest restroom.
The highlight: Your private wellness area in the basement with an infrared sauna (60–65 °C—heating time approx. 20 minutes) and a relaxation zone—ideal for unwinding after an eventful day.
Bathrobes and spa slippers are provided.
