i messed up schedule the wrong date, I should have been a day later. I stay the next day anyway. They would not give me any adjustment for the day I missed. They had my money for the previous day but choose not to give any break for the day I stayed; All I got was sorry

Room was disgusting. Open the door to a few dozen bugs flying around and urine stained mattress cover and topper with clean fitted and top sheets. Meaning, the cleaning staff put clean stuff on top of the soiled. We noped out of there fast. Staff was friendly and refunded us immediately, but then I had to drive my family around town and pay a premium for a last-minute room at another hotel. I think I'm done with Best Western.
