The carpet in our room was gross, sheets on the bed rough, I couldn’t use the iron filled with old water and black gunk, dog or cat poop at my daughter and son-in-laws door the next morning, we won’t even mention the “breakfast”. Sorry. Won’t be back.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Its filthy they dont even have bed pillows and everything smells like mildew. Chipped paint, dirty walls, the lamp shades were even filthy i was scared to even sleep in the bed. The toilet clogged up they didnt have a plunger. Several stray cats on the property that meowed ALL NIGHT it was the worst experience. Think twice b4 you stay here.

Nothing unique. This is my second time here and this time was the worse. My top lock on my door was gone. Look like it was ripped off the door. Light bulbs were missing on one of my lap. The room was dark because of it. The toilet seat was about to fall off but management tighten it for me. Its just time for a make over. And to top ot off, im still waiting on my $100 refund( deposit), its been 5 days. The clerk made it seem like i would have it in a day or two. I have had a pending charge but not an actual charger. Hopefully i won't have to call corporate!

Decent but...

So I didn't hate the stay but there were things that were pretty gross. There was a jet tub that did not work. When I went to check to see if it did work I filled the tub and I had been smelling mold but didn't know where it was coming from. As soon as water got high enough to touch where the jets were mold was coming out of the holes. So gross I would not let my daughter take a bath in that tube. The pool needed to be skimmed and the bottom cleaned so bad. The door was missing the latch. You could tell someone had broken down the door before. The bed was nice and so was the AC. That's about it though.

Shoo Flies!

First room we were given was infested with flies. Second room wasn't much better. Bathroom door was broken, carpet was stained, refrigerator didn’t work. Went to request a discount and was told since I booked through Hotels.com they couldn't do anything for me.

The whole property smelled like marijuana. I was checked into a non-smoking room and it smelled so bad (like marijuana and cologne) I had to take my child outside for fresh air. There was visible mold in multiple places, water damage, stained bedding, blood on the light shade, broken furniture, the chair was ripped in multiple places, the mattress cover was torn along the zipper, the door lock was not properly secured and the door wouldn’t close properly. Also, no privacy curtains on the windows, only sheers! This was the most deceiving description for an Expedia hotel that I’ve ever booked and a really distressing experience, we left after 15 mins.

One of the best Motels I've stayed at in a while. The only issues I had is my Key Card was a little hard to use. The Card Reader was a bit hit and miss. And the TV Selection could be better. Also, some channels couldn't be watched due to pixelation. However, I liked my stay well enough that I will be staying there again in August.
