"The staff were really amazing . They made getting a scooter for my brother, and a transfer to the airport effortless. I had a minor plumbing problem , which was sorted out straight away .The best bit , they did it with a smile . Well done . X"

"A lovely clean apartment with helpful, friendly reception staff. We stayed on the 19th floor so had amazing panoramic views! We had a long flight delay arriving, so was a bit concerned how we would get into our room as the reception closes at 7pm but when we arrived we called the number at reception ..."
