Very good location and the Cafe Paris bar attached is nice but there is nothing 'superior' about the hotel. The food was average with very little choice. Dining room too small. Waiting staff not very friendly. Major let down was upgrading to Panoramic Suite but the room next door had a dog with them who kept barking when the guests were out. On approaching the reception we were told there was nothing they could do for that night (was only staying 4) but possibly change rooms to a lower floor the next day. I was questioning why I should be inconvenienced by moving when it was the next room making the disturbance. I would also be losing the view we had paid to upgrade too. Overall, very disappointed and would definitely say there are better 3/4 star properties in the area (such as The Helios or Presidente)... you can always stop at the Cafe Paris bar as that is about all the Belroy is good for otherwise.

Lovely Hotel in a perfect position between old and new end of Benidorm. Room was clean and comftable and food @ Breakfast & Evening meal was plentiful. We loved Cafe Paris for lunch which was attached to the property.

The rooms are lovelyans were cleaned every day. We were in the second building which was next to a busy road. The hotel is in a great location 5 minutes to the strip. 10 minutes to old Benidorm. 2 minutes to the beach. There are lots of shops around. The staff were friendly and the breakfast (english and continental) set us up for the day. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean room, beautiful pool area, very modern hotel located ideally for both the benidorm strip as well as the old town area. Very close location to the beach. Breakfast was nice although variety could be improved. Two of our rooms had balconies with a rubbish view but had plenty of sun and the other room had little sun but overlooked the pool and had a huge corner balcony!

Great 5 day stay. Excellent location, 2 mins walk to the strip, 10 mins to the old town. staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and we had a balcony would have preferred a walk in shower but not a problem. Food was good but I have had more choice at other 4 star Hotels. Having said I would definitely would stay again. Thank you

The location is good as it’s between the old town and ‘the strip’. The room size was ok for our uses, but unfortunately the gym, which was one of the reasons for selecting the hotel, was well below our expectations with lack of working machines and when reported to the staff they didn’t care or resolve. Although away from the main noisy area, we were kept awake until 2:30am each night with the loud music bouncing around the buildings outside. I’ve also never had to put down a deposit for a towel to use by the pool or to use an iron before.

Spacious room, nothing fancy but clean, had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was decent, good selection of food on offer, staff at front desk helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean. The female reception staff were very uninformative, they didnt tell us anything, we had to keep asking, however the male reception staff were excellent. Yhe food was ok nothing special for a 4 star hotel. They even charge you for a key to usethe safe. Would i stay again, not sure.
