Pets: There are no pets allowed at this property
Parking: There are 3 garage spots and up to 4 driveway spots. There is no street parking allowed. Overflow parking available at the Caldera parking lot by Quarry Pool.
Access: Guest will receive a custom code 2 days before check in to use on the entry door smart lock. Guest have access to the entire home except for two locked housekeeping closets, locked owner's closets in the laundry room, and locked utility room in the garage.
Rental Agreement: Completion of a Rental Agreement, including guest verification, is required for all bookings before check-in instructions are released.
Monitoring: Please be aware that software has been installed on the property to alert us to parties, exceeded guest count, or smoking. There are four exterior cameras to monitor entrances.
